Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method (e.g., Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express). Please ensure your shipping and billing information is accurate to avoid delays or misrouted packages.
Please note: MAVRANS is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked “delivered” by the carrier. If you experience any issues, contact us—we’ll work with you to find a solution.
Pre-Orders
Pre-orders will ship in full on the estimated ship date listed at checkout. Because we’re committed to sustainability, we consolidate shipments to reduce our carbon footprint. Please allow for slight variations in delivery timing due to production or carrier delays.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, fees, or import taxes. Some countries (e.g., the UK) may incur high fees—please consider this before placing an order.
Free U.S. Shipping
Our free shipping offer applies to U.S. domestic orders only and must be selected at checkout. We reserve the right to choose the shipping carrier and method for these orders. This offer is subject to change at any time without notice.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
To start a return or exchange, please click here and use your order number and email.
Exchanges are processed once your original items are received and inspected. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
